With only a limited amount of time to tell a story and to make a lasting impression on the viewer, these works how show different approaches can be used to capture the attention of the audience.

Ranging from TV commercials to episodic works, this program showcases a variety of films and the different approaches taken by their makers.

 

 

 

 



Namaste India: Asifa Programme

ASIFA India is a non-profit organization, and for the past six years they have been actively working towards the cause of knowledge sharing and promoting animation within India, building a strong sense of community.

This programme is a selection by Asifa of the best animated and VFX works done within India from 2006 and 2007. The usage of techniques as sand animation, wire stop-motion animation and an Ink-and-Paper technique called SPLAT are noteworthy in itself.
