Two short KLIK! films made by students of the Utrecht School of the Arts are screening at the Holland Animation Film Festival (March 28 – April 1) in Utrecht. Last year's KLIK! Special leader, on HAFFs website described as 'hilarious' :-), will be competing in Competition Dutch Animation 3 (screening Thursday 29 at 16.30 and Saturday 31 at 12.30) and a still unreleased KLIK! promo will screen in the Utrecht School of the Arts focus program (Thursday 29 at 16.30 and Saturday 31 at 18.45).

Also, six (!) films of KLIK! crew members are screening, showing that KLIK! has both feet on the ground when it comes to animation! Dario van Vree (KLIK!s founding father) and Johan Klungel (the star from our KLIK! Special leader) made a series called Clipphangers, of which four episodes will screen in the Dutch Competition. Also, Johan Klungels A Fly is Never Safe and Tünde Vollenbroeks (KLIK! film programming & communication) student film Violinplay will be screening.

Of course we'll be at HAFF in person too. See you there!

KLIK! Animation, World's Best will screen at the Stoke Your Fires Film Festival. Judged by the KLIK! programming team, these animations from all corners of the globe make up their World’s Best Programme 2011. Marvel at this international array of animation’s finest titles, lovingly hand-picked and carefully arranged in a mouthwatering and mind blowing display. On that date KLIK! will take over the Kriterion cinema with a special edition which is appropriately called KLIK! Special. A whole action packed day filled with presentations, workshops, discussions and of course a lot of animation, fun, food and the occasional drink. Keep an eye on the KLIK! KLIK! is taking over Europe – and now also Hong Kong, with a program exploding with the creamiest of the crop of contemporary Dutch animation!From 5 til 14 November, the program will be part of an exhibit.
