Friday 18 September
On Friday we knock it up a notch when De Balie and Uitkijk join in the festival fray. The exemplary animation genius Phil Mulloy will host a Master Class at de Balie, there's the festive premiere of Brendan and the Secret of Kells in Kriterion and don't miss the racy South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut Sing-and-Swear-A-Long! |

Saturday 19 September
Make your own animated film during Johan Klungel's pixilation workshop. Dennis Nyback will screen titillating, rarely seen shorts from the murky history of cinema and stay tuned to discover which films will win the accolades for best film in the Open and Student Competition, best Design in Animation and the Political Animation Award during the award ceremony in the foyer of Kriterion. And then there are still more than twenty programs to see! |

Sunday 20 September
On the last day of the festival, we'll show this year's top toons in our Best of KLIK! screenings. If you haven't already, you can catch Phil Mulloy's presentation of political cartoons and Dennis Nyback will screen forbidden politically incorrect cartoons in his Bad Bugs Bunny program. Be sure to tune in for the Boomerang award for best e-card, the Mopti Tombola and the screening of all the films that were made during KLIK! And let's party like it's 2009! |
